Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip with us. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

• Quote & Customization: All itineraries are customizable. A dedicated travel specialist will work with you to finalize your plan.

• Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required.

• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• PayPal

• Bank Wire Transfer

• WeChat Pay / Alipay
  Note: Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment platform are the responsibility of the payer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 100% Refund (minus a $50 administrative fee).

• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 80% Refund.

• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% Refund.

• Less than 7 days before arrival: No Refund.

• Note: Refunds for flight/train tickets booked by us are subject to the specific policies of the airline or railway bureau.

4. What’s Included & Excluded

• Included: Private vehicle with A/C, licensed driver, English-speaking guide, entrance fees to attractions listed, accommodation (breakfast included), and domestic transport (flights/trains) as specified in the itinerary.

• Excluded: International flights, visa fees, personal expenses, travel insurance, and tips/gratuities for the guide and driver.

5. No Shopping Policy
Xiora Travel guarantees a 100% No-Shopping tour. We do not take our clients to tourist shops, factories, or hidden commission-based stops. Your time is spent purely on sightseeing and authentic experiences.

6. Travel Documents & Visa
It is the traveler’s responsibility to possess a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months) and a valid Chinese Visa. Xiora Travel can provide an Invitation Letter to assist with your visa application upon receipt of the deposit.

7. Insurance
Our tour package includes basic Travel Agency Liability Insurance required by Chinese law. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance from your home country to cover trip cancellation, medical issues, or lost luggage.

8. Force Majeure
Xiora Travel is not liable for delays or changes caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions). In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or refund the recoverable costs.
