For US, UK, and Canadian citizens, a visa is generally required. Xiora Travel provides an official Invitation Letter to assist with your visa application once your booking is confirmed.

We will never take you to jade factories, tea houses, or silk museums that are actually tourist traps designed to pressure you into buying. Your time is spent purely on culture, history, and authentic experiences.
What kind of vehicles do you use?

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, protecting both you and our small, family-run operation while covering any unavoidable costs we’ve already incurred (such as hotel bookings, private guides, transportation, or entry tickets).
- For Custom/Private Itineraries (tailor-made tours): We do not charge any deposit or upfront payment until the final confirmation and full payment. Therefore, if you decide not to proceed before full payment, there is no financial penalty — simply let us know, and we cancel with zero cost to you.
- For Fixed Itineraries (pre-set group tours with full payment required at booking):
- More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund of the full amount paid (minus a small administrative fee of USD 50 to cover bank/processing costs).
- 15–30 days before departure: 80% refund of the full amount paid.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the full amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund (due to committed costs for private services, hotels, tickets, and arrangements that cannot be recovered or resold at short notice).
Specific terms, including any exceptions for high-demand periods, peak-season bookings, or non-refundable vendor components (e.g., certain train tickets or permits), will be clearly detailed in your booking confirmation/contract before you make full payment.
